The Normal West Football Program and the Orthopedic & Sports Enhancement Center are working together to provide fall sports physicals for anyone who is in need. The deadline for physicals is quickly approaching (Aug. 10th) and both organizations would like to help out.

WHAT: Fall sports physicals

WHERE: Sports Enhancement Center – 2406 East Empire—Bloomington

WHEN: 4:00PM to ? on Monday August 1st

- Each appointment will take about 20 minutes

- Coach Hess will be setting up the times

COST: $ 25.00 (If money is an issue please let Coach Hess know)
