Coach Myers has been a part of Normal West Football since the early years of Coach Baker. A 2004 graduate of Normal West, Coach Myers played 4 seasons, the final season being the first year Coach Hess was at Normal West. He came back to West as a coach in 2007 as a Freshmen WR/DB coach. Since then he has held multiple position throughout all 3 levels at West. He currently serves as the JV Offensive Coordinator, and Coach Myers handles most of the administrative tasks for the entire program. Coach Myers currently works at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Normal as the Director of Sales & Marketing. When not coaching football he spends time with his soon to be wife, Mandy, and their two dogs Zoe & Teddy

Rich has joined the Wildcat coaching staff in 2012. In 2013, he is the line coach for the JV team. Rich played football at LeRoy from 89-92 and graduated from LeRoy High school in 1992. He is a 16 year member of Carpenters local 237 in East Peoria and currently lives in Carlock with his wife, Jennie, and daughter Aryelle.
Michael Burt | Head Coach
Coach Burt joined the Wildcat staff in 2015 where he has served as the JV offensive and defensive line coach before becoming the JV Head Coach. Prior to arriving at West, Coach Burt taught science and coached (as Defensive Coordinator) in the Chicago Public Schools. He currently teaches Chemistry and Earth & Space Science at Normal West.
Coach Jackson attended to Normal Community High School and played linebacker/running back on the 2006 state championship team. He also coached and was the defensive coordinator in JFL with the Twin City Rebels for 6 yrs. Coach Jackson played semi pro football with the Twin City Dawgs for 6 yrs and Twin City Jets 8 man semi pro team as well. He also coached 8 man semi pro with the McDonough County Roughnecks this past season. Donnie studied business management and human behavior sciences at Blackhawk college and Heartland community college. He enjoys mentoring and teaching the youth, not only just football but essential life skills to establish a strong foundation of a strong work ethic and determination. Coach Jackson is working to own and operate a youth mentoring program using sports as a platform. He has one son Jaidin, that plays football for the Bloomington Knockers.
Coach Hoover joined the staff this year after coaching wide receivers for University High School. He is currently a senior at Illinois State University where he majors in Physical Education Teacher Education.
